Aluminum Slat Gates

Another way to have stylish gates that offer a sense of privacy is to have aluminium slat gates. The slats can be mounted vertically or horizontally. We recommend having a small gap of 10mm between the slats to let wind pass through. The design we use is to recess the slats within the gate frame giving a clean look. The dimensions for the standard slat is

65mm (wide) x 16mm (deep)

This is a fairly lightweight section at 1.2mm wall thickness. There are other options which are more robust but more weighty.
